# C&R Software becomes National Member of Money Advice Liaison Group
Fairfax, VA and Loughton, Essex, December 7, 2021 – We’re delighted to announce that C&R Software is now an official member of Money Advice Liaison Group (MALG), a not-for-profit UK organisation dedicated to bringing organisations together with the shared aim of improving the lives of people in debt. MALG serves as the “missing link” which ties together the threads of the customer journey from early prevention to final resolution.
Bringing together financial educators, regulators, creditors, debt collectors, debt purchasers, advisers, technology experts and more to share best practices, MALG combines common interests to drive actionable insights that help organisations assist consumers in financial difficulty.
“We are delighted to welcome C&R Software into MALG Membership at such an important time for those in debt as a result of the pandemic,” says Bob Winnington, CEO of MALG. “Tech providers are key stakeholders and our role is to open lines of communication between them, creditors, collections firms, money advisers, and others to enable collaborative working for the mutual benefit of all.
