# C&R Software finalist in first-ever Credit Strategy Leadership Awards
Congratulations to Karen Adam, C&R Software’s Director of Program and Project Delivery, who is shortlisted in the inaugural Credit Strategy Leadership Awards taking place in London on March 23rd. Karen is nominated in the category Business Leader of the Year – Technology & Analytics.
Karen, who joined FICO in 2019 before moving to C&R Software in 2021, is an authentic and natural leader who is highly regarded as a change agent. Connecting technology to business performance is a strength she exhibits with every client. Within the C&R Software community, Karen is referred to as “the calm presence in the room”, always asking the question: How does this help the consumer in financial distress?
Launched this year, the Credit Strategy Leadership Awards celebrate resilience, innovation and creativity in the UK industry, bringing together and rewarding those demonstrating leadership across the full spectrum of credit and financial services.
