C&R Software Achieves Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 Compliance

Rigorous audit reaffirms C&R Software's commitment to protecting customers' payment card data. 

FAIRFAX, VA – April 16, 2024 – C&R Software, the leading global provider of debt collection software for the credit risk lifecycle, today announced that it has completed its annual Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) rigorous external audit and has renewed its PCI DSS Level 1 Compliance, the highest level attainable. Compliance with the PCI DSS helps to protect payment card data. The renewal became effective March 30, 2024. 

“Renewing our PCI DSS Level 1 compliance reaffirms C&R Software’s steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance and safeguarding the sensitive cardholder data entrusted to us by our customers,” said Arif Hameed, Chief Information Security Officer of C&R Software. 

In addition to achieving PCI DSS Compliance, C&R Software recently achieved Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II attestation and the ISO 27001:2022 security certification.
